Editorial Policy
Last updated: June 2026 · Applies to all content published at tantranzm.com
TantranZm publishes technical content for enterprise technology leaders — CIOs, CTOs, programme directors, and solutions architects. Our editorial commitment: every article is written or reviewed by a named domain expert with direct enterprise delivery experience. This page describes how we produce, review, and maintain that content.
Expert review process
Technical content is reviewed by a domain expert before publication.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud and ERP: reviewed by an Oracle practice lead with current delivery experience
- AWS and cloud infrastructure: reviewed by a certified cloud architect with active engagement experience
- AI, ML, and generative AI: reviewed by a practising AI/ML engineer from our delivery team
- DevOps and CI/CD: reviewed by a senior DevOps engineer with platform engineering experience
- Digital transformation and programme delivery: reviewed by a programme director with multi-year enterprise experience
Where the reviewer is independent of the author, their name and title are displayed on the article.
Fact and evidence standards
Claims in TantranZm articles must meet at least one of the following standards before publication:
- Primary source: a named vendor publication, official product documentation, or regulatory body statement
- Verified delivery evidence: a TantranZm case study or programme delivery outcome on record
- Named authority: an attributed quote or finding from a named analyst, researcher, or industry expert
We do not publish statistics without a named, verifiable source. We do not attribute performance improvements to TantranZm engagements unless those figures are documented in a delivery record and verifiable by the client.
AI assistance disclosure
TantranZm uses AI-assisted tools to help structure and draft some technical content. Our disclosure commitment:
- Human review: all AI-assisted content is reviewed, verified, and approved by the named author before publication
- No AI-only claims: no factual claims, statistics, product recommendations, or delivery assertions are published on the basis of AI output alone
- Author responsibility: the named author takes full editorial responsibility for all published content, regardless of how it was drafted
- No fabricated evidence: we do not use AI to fabricate case study outcomes, client relationships, or programme metrics
Content freshness and update policy
Technology content changes rapidly. Our scheduled review cadence:
- AI, generative AI, and ML content: reviewed every 6 months
- Cloud platform and AWS content: reviewed every 6 months
- Oracle Fusion Cloud and ERP content: reviewed annually
- DevOps, Kubernetes, and CI/CD content: reviewed annually
- Case studies: reviewed if a material change occurs to the client relationship or programme outcome
When an article is materially updated — meaning factual content, recommendations, or product information has changed — we update the displayed date and note what changed at the top of the article.
Corrections policy
If you identify a factual error in our content, please contact us at info@tantranzm.com with the subject line "Content Correction".
We review all correction requests within 10 business days. Where a correction is substantiated, we update the article, note the correction at the top of the article with the date it was made, and thank the person who raised it where they have consented to attribution.
Source and citation standards
When citing third-party research, publications, or data, we link directly to the original source. We do not paraphrase statistics without attribution to the originating report or study. Where we reference TantranZm delivery outcomes as evidence, those outcomes are verified against internal delivery records before publication.
We do not cite sources that cannot be verified by an independent reader, including internal presentations, unattributed industry reports, or anecdotal claims.
Editorial independence
Editorial decisions at TantranZm are made independently of commercial relationships. The fact that TantranZm holds Oracle Technology Partner and Microsoft Solutions Partner status does not influence our editorial positions on Oracle or Microsoft products. Where we recommend a specific technology or approach, that recommendation is based on delivery experience and client outcomes — not on vendor relationship incentives.
Sponsored content, if any, will be clearly labelled as such and kept editorially separate from TantranZm's independent technical content.
